A Fusion Grade PEEK wedge system for lengthening arthrodesis of the second and/or third tarsometatarsal joints.
The Trigon Lesser Metatarsal Wedge System is made of Fusion Grade PEEK, with hydroxyapatite fully integrated throughout the PEEK.
The system is indicated for metatarsal-cuneiform lengthening arthrodesis of the second and/or third TMT joints. Single- and multi-joint options are provided in parallel or angular correction configurations.
The system can be combined with ancillary fixation using the staples provided. A targeting guide is provided for screw fixation if preferred.
Configurations are provided for single- and multi-joint applications.
6mm parallel wedges and 8mm transverse wedges at 6° or 9°.
